Membership
All members of the chambers of tax advisers of Lower Saxony, Hamburg, and Bremen are members of Steuerberaterversorgung Niedersachsen by operation of law unless they have reached the regular retirement age.
Compulsory membership also applies in case of temporary membership of the chambers of tax advisers of Lower Saxony, Hamburg, and Bremen.
This also applies to tax advisers of foreign nationality without any exception.
